| * Verify the configuration of the AS/400, including the printer?s correct TCP/IP address. Include any routers or switches.
* Verify that the AS/400 TCP/IP interface is active. * Verify a LAN sourced ping (not a ping from the AS/400) to the printer will respond normally. * Remove the IPDS DIMM and check ping from both the AS/400 and from the LAN. |
