| A fully functional TC5000 suddenly reports "Authorative Host Not Found" when trying to access the AS/400.
While the cause of the problem is unknown, the solution was to go into the TC5000 setup, under the Configuration Tab, highlight the AS/400 session and then delete the session or sessions. Reboot the TC5000 and then go back and add the AS/400 session again as if this were the first time the TC5000 was connecting to the AS/400. |
