The TC5000 will appear to have either lost power (no green LED) or is constantly in the on condition if the power switch is cycled/depressed rapidly. The internal power supply continously supplies a voltage to the mother bd.. When the unit is not correctly powered on or off, the proper power status signal from the mother board is not interpreted correctly by the internal power supply causing the TC5000 to exhibit a power problem. In order to clear/correct the malfunction, the external power supply must be physically unplugged from the TC5000 chassis for several seconds and then reconnected. Attention should be given to firmly depressing the on/off button. |
