When the Xerox M20i receives a standard PCL color command, it will print a diamond character. The resolution is to remove any color commands from the IPDS or SCS data. I-O's IPDS to PCL conversion will convert the IPDS color command to a PCL color command. Generally PCL printers will ignore the color command. |
