The Adaptio Management Utility and the I-O Adaptio Service both use shared memory which if not set up correctly, Adaptio will not connect properly and will give you a No Status condition. To avoid this, make sure you are logged in as the system administrator on the PC or Server you are installing Adaptio on. Logging in as administrator over a Remote Desktop will also give you this condition. |
