We have received information from HP that HP 4250 LaserJet printers running PostScript jobs can improve their through put by upgrading the printer's firmware to at least 08.012.1. If you are encountering problems when printing PostScript jobs that are running slow after installing a 3235-052/053/MHP, do this firmware upgrade. One test example took 1:15 to print, after updating, improved to 48 seconds (this was a small PS job with 80,000 lines encompassing 2.5 MB). |
