If, after setting up the desired finishing functions in the Configuration Utility and changing the host printer file to reflect the appropriate output bin, (128 thru 135) you still can't get the printer to perform the selected function, check which tray the job comes out on. Some Image Runners output by default to tray A or the top tray which doesn't support finishing. Contact I-O Corporation Technical Support for a firmware upgrade which will disable sending an output bin number when bin 128-135 is selected for finishing. This will allow the printer to default to the output tray necessary for finishing functions. I-O Technical Support 801-972-1446 |
