Your printer must have an HP firmware upgrade.
Please contact HP?s Advanced Technical Support Group at 800-474-6836 and request the JDI (JetDirect Internal) fix for slow performance.
You will need to mention that the I-O 3235 IPDS Host Printing Solution is installed in the printer.
